This Privacy Policy describes how the Satsurv mobile application (“the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our App, available on the Google Play Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, address, phone number, or email address, unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., when contacting support).

1.3 Bluetooth Permissions
To enable connection and data exchange with external surveying instruments (such as GNSS receivers), the App may request Bluetooth access permissions. The App uses Bluetooth solely for establishing a direct connection with your designated devices to receive measurement data and send control commands. We do not use Bluetooth for general device discovery, advertising, or to collect information about other nearby devices for any other purpose.
1.4 Data Collected for App Functionality
As a surveying application, the App may collect and process geospatial data, including coordinates, measurements, and related project information. This data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

If you voluntarily provide personal information, we will use it only for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection, such as responding to your inquiries or providing customer support.
